摘要
为解决滚轮式行程开关易出现的复位弹簧弹力下降导致不能复位问题,设计了一种N形限位挡块,通过调整挡块的安装位置改变传统的行程开关与挡块撞击后行程开关上转臂所处的状态,使其恢复到撞击前的原始自由状态,进而改变复位弹簧的压缩状态,并对典型的控制电路进行了相应改进,从而在一定条件下延长行程开关的使用寿命。
In order to solve the roller type limit switch's not resetting problem easily occurred because of the spring return force reduction, a limit stop with N shape was designed. By adjusting the installation position of limit stop, the traditional state of upper turning arm was changed after impacting between the limit switch and the limit stop, and then returned to its initial position before the impact ; therefore the return spring's compressed state changed. Furthermore, the typical control circuit was improved accordingly. As a result the service life of the limit switch can be prolonged under a certain condition.
