摘要 陶瓷微注射成型是在改进传统注射工艺的基础上,用于生产微小尺度结构件的一种新型近净微成型技术。在介绍陶瓷微结构件注射成型工艺的基础上,探讨陶瓷微结构件注射成型在设备、工艺、理论分析等方面的国内外研究现状,介绍粉末注射成型工艺的应用范畴和粉末注射成型技术的发展前景。 Micro-injection molding is a new near net shape technology. Injection molding process of ceramic micro-structure part was described. On this basis, the research status at home and abroad of devices, processes, theoretical analyses of ceramic micro-injection molding were discussed. Application field and development prospects of powder injection molding process were introduced.
