摘要
目的:探讨青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房形成的原因及处理。方法:对298例314眼青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房的45眼病例资料进行回顾分析。结果:314眼小梁切除术后有45眼发生浅前房,发生率为14.3%。浅前房的主要原因为:滤过过强26眼(57.8%),结膜瓣渗漏8眼(17.8%),脉络膜脱离9眼(20%)和恶性青光眼2眼(4.4%)。结论:青光眼术后浅前房是一种常见并发症,针对其发生原因采取相应的处理可以预防或避免浅前房的发生。
Objective：To investigate the causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy for glaucoma.Methods：A total of 298 glaucoma patients underwent trabeculectomy,and the causes of shallow anterior chamber were reviewed in 45 eyes out of total 314.Results：Postoperatively,shallow anterior chamber occurred in 45 of the total 314 eyes（14.3%）,and the causes were associated with excessive filtrations（26 eyes,57.8%）,conjunctival flap leakages（8 eyes,17.8%）,choroidal detachments（9 eyes,4.4%） and malignant glaucoma（2,4.4%）.Most shallow anterior chambers were effectively improved after appropriate treatment.Conclusion：Shallow anterior chamber is a usual complication after trabeculectomy,yet,it can be avoided or improved if reasonable measures have been effectively taken.
