Determination of Thiols by Capillary Electrophoresis with Amperometric Detection at A Carbon Nanotube Modified Electrode

摘要 采用简单的化学吸附法制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰碳纤维微电极,作为毛细管电泳分析含巯基生物分子的安培检测工作电极,考察了修饰量、缓冲溶液等分析条件的最优值,修饰电极在优化条件下对还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和半胱氨酸(Cys)的电化学氧化表现出良好的催化性能,检出限可达4.18×10-7~2.39×10-6 mol/L。 A novel multi -walled carbon nanotubes modified carbon fiber microelectrode constructed with a simple method of chemical adsorption was applied for the determination of thiols by capillary electrophoresis with amperometric de- tector. The effects of several factors such as modifier amount and buffer characteristics were discussed. Under the optimum conditions, excellent catalysis for the electrochemical oxidation of Glutathione (GSH) and Cysteine (Cys) was observed on this modified electrode while the limit of detection(LOD) reached to 4.18×10-7-2.39×10-6 mol/L.
