摘要 蒸汽冷凝液槽中冷凝液的氨含量超标会严重影响冷凝液的循环利用。利用气囊在不同取样点取样分析冷凝液中的氨含量定位出尿素系统的泄漏设备,甲铵堵塞会影响低压甲铵冷凝器氨渗透检查的结果,在清理甲铵结晶后进行氨渗透检查找到漏点并最终堵漏成功,降低了冷凝液中的氨含量。 The high level of ammonia in steam condensate tank condensate seriously affected the condensate recy- cling. The leak positioning device of the urea system was located using the airbag analysis the ammonia content of conden- sate by sampling at different sampling point, methylamine jam affected the the ammonia permeation test results of low - pressure carbamate condenser, the leak points were found by crystallization ammonia penetrant inspection after clearing the methylamine and ultimately successful in plugging, and the ammonia content of the condensate was reduced.
