摘要
民办高校理工科实验室在升本后通过完善实验室管理制度,采用信息化技术管理实践教学和固定资产,建立高素质的实验教师队伍,请教师参与实验室管理,开放实验室和开展对外服务等措施,来提高实验室的管理效率,达到培养创新型人才,提升教师科研水平和服务于社会的目标。
After upgraded, through the measures of completing laboratory management system, using the information technology in practice teaching and fixed assets management, establishment of high - quality experimental teaching team, invite teacher to participate in Iaboratory management, being open laboratory to students and society, and so on, the sci- encdtion and engineering laboratory of private universities can achieve the goals of improving the efficiency of management of laboratory, cultivation of innovative talents, enhancing teacher＇ s scientific level and servicing to society.
