摘要
分析了袋式除尘器的工作原理,提出了袋式除尘器的阻力计算方法,并运用流体力学软件Fluent建立了管道模型,以模拟不同形状管道的阻力变化情况。实验结果表明,烟气在流经管道过程中会出现压力损失,损失的大小与管道形状有关,其中钝角管道的压力损失较小。根据此结果,在管道内合理设置倒流叶片,可以有效降低除尘器的阻力。对节约能源、降低空气污染、保护环境起到积极的作用。
This paper analyses the operation principle of bag dust collector, and offers calculation methods of resistance of bag dust collector. A pipeline model is established by the use of fluid dynamics software Fluent to analysis different shapes of pipe resistance. Experimental results show that the pressure loss in pipe bends in pipes, obtuse angle pipe pressure loss significantly smaller than a right angle pipe. According to this result, reasonable setting clock back leaves in the pipeline can effectively reduce the resistance of dust collector, which plays a positive role in saving energy, reducing air pollution, and protecting the environment.
