两种水生植物对镉净化潜能研究 被引量:4

Potential Purification of Cadmium Waste Water by Two Hydrophytes

摘要 通过水培试验,研究了含Cd模拟废水对茭白和泽泻两种水生植物生长的影响以及两种水生植物对Cd的吸收、净化能力。研究结果表明:高浓度Cd对两种植物有明显的毒害作用;Cd浓度较高时,茭白对Cd的去除效果优于泽泻;在不同Cd处理水平下,茭白对Cd的平均吸收量为0.17~0.28 mg/g植株干重,泽泻对Cd的平均吸收量为0.14~0.23 mg/g植株干重;水培初期(<9 d),泽泻对Cd的去除效果优于茭白,水培后期(>9 d)茭白对Cd的去除效果优于泽泻,水培15 d泽泻和茭白对Cd的最高去除率分别达到50%和89%。 Through hydroponics simulation experiment, .the effects of cadmium (Cd)-containing synthetic wastewater on the growth of two hydrophytes, Zinania latifolia Turcz and Alisma plantagoaquatica Linn, and the purification efficiency of cadmium by two hydrophytes were studied. The results showed that high Cd concentration wastewater would harm both two hydrophytes. In high Cd concentration wastewater, the Cd removal efficiency of Zinania latifolia Turcz was better than A lisma plantagoaquatica Linn. At different Cd concentration, Cd bioaccumulation capability of Zinania latifolia Turcz.and A lisma plantagoaquatica Linn were 0.17-0.28 mg/g dry biomass and 0.14-0.23 mg/g dry biomass, respectively. The Cd removal efficiency ofA lisma plantagoaquatica Linn was better in a short time treatment (〈9 d), on the contrary, Zinania latifolia Turcz wa^s better in a long time treatment(〉9d). At day 15th, the highest Cd removal efficiency of Zinania latifolia Turcz .and A lisma plantagoaquatica Linn were 50% and 89%, respectively.
