摘要
从3G技术的优势和特点出发,结合目前绍兴污水处理厂的现状,构建基于3G网络的视频监控系统,实现对绍兴污水处理厂污水排放口的实时视频监控及现场图像采集等。
From 3G technical advantages and characteristics, combined with the current status of Shaoxing sewage treatment plant, based on the 3G network video monitoring system, implement real-time video monitoring and image collection of the sewage outfall of Shaoxing sewage treatment plant .IDI-FSCS in the testing video encoding through comparing and analysis.
