高校学生宿舍管理是高校学生管理中非常重要的方面,与学生进行有效沟通是高校学生宿舍管理成败的关键,因此,进行管理沟通的研究与实践是非常有意义的。本文着重介绍管理沟通的基本概念与一般形式,重点是分析高校学生宿舍管理沟通中,书面沟通、口头沟通、内部沟通与外部沟通的内涵、形式、作用和意义;指出有效沟通应遵循的原则、沟通障碍产生的原因以及如何规避沟通障碍;对高校学生宿舍管理有效沟通实践进行了总结与探讨,并提出"以人为本,用‘心’沟通,沟通是手段,和谐是目的"等观点。

Dormitory management is a very important field in the management of college students. The effective dormitory management communication is the key of the successful management. It＇s very meaningful to make research and to improve practice in dormitory management communication. This paper introduces the basic concepts and general forms of management communication, and makes the analysis of connotations, modalities, functions and meanings of the communication forms, such as written communication, oral communication, internal communication and external communication. The paper gives out the principles that should be followed to make effective communication, the ways to avoid the ineffective communications. After discussed the practices on the communication in dormitory management, conclusions have been made that an effective com-munication should be based on people-oriented, and be made with your heart, and that communication is the way, harmony is the goal.
