摘要
综述了近年来竹笋加工下脚料的利用研究进展,结果表明,竹笋加工下脚料只要经过适当的处理就可以作为食品添加剂或制成保健品,也可以加工成家畜饲料等,是一种重要的自然资源。
This paper reviewed research progress of the use of bamboo shoot processing tail in recent years. Results showed that through propre processing the bamboo, shoot processing tail materials and could be used as food additives or made health care products and could also be processed into livestock feed, etc., which was an important natural resources.
