Analysis of water environmental carrying capacity of water function zone in Xuzhou City

在探讨徐州市水功能区纳污总量控制的基础上,阐述了施行限制纳污红线的必要性以及建立水功能区纳污红线的核心和关键,对徐州市各功能区的限制纳污能力进行了评价,并计算了各功能区的纳污总量,提出了施行限制纳污红线控制的建议。

This paper demonstrates the necessity of applying the red line system of water pollutant admission limitation, and the key point in establishing the red line system for the water function zone. The admissible capacity and total amount of pollutants in the water function zones in Xuzhou City were evaluated and calculated. It is suggested that the red line system of water pollutant admission limitation be implemented.
