API000核电厂主泵屏蔽套的焊接制造技术研究

摘要 本文简要介绍了AP1000核电厂主泵的结构特点,着重阐述了屏蔽套部件的焊接制造技术。本文对屏蔽套材料C-276的材料性能进行了简要的说明,并根据材料特点对焊接特性进行了分析。基于分析得出的C-276材料焊接特性,结合屏蔽套产品焊接制造要求,对焊接工艺进行了探讨。研究表明,生产中采用低热输入量的钨极气体保护焊以及ERNiCrMo-4焊丝,配合合适的工装,可以完成对C-276筒体的焊接。最后,本文还展望了屏蔽套筒体焊接制造的新工艺。 The structural characteristics of AP1000 reactor coolant pump were introduced briefly in this paper and the welding fabrication for the can of the pump was discussed in detail. The paper ex- plained the properties of the can material, namely Hastelloy C-276, and analyzed the welding features of the material. Based on the analysis of the welding feature and the welding fabrication requirements of the product can, the welding technique was discussed. The study showed that the welding of C-276 can shell could be accomplished by using low heat input Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and ERNiCrMo-4 filler metal with proper equipment. At the end of the paper, the new technique for the can shell welding was also introduced.
