This paper explores the construction state of the total life cycle document management in- formation system （ECM program） of CNNC Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Co., LTD., introduces the man- agement protocol and mode of operation followed in the construction of the system and describes its struc- ture, purpose, proposal and innovation. The ECM program has been advocated as the standardized docu- ment management platform in the internal China Nuclear Power Stock Corporation.
