摘要
为了发挥大型烧结机的效能,进一步降低铁前成本。通过采取稳定烧结用原燃料结构、改进工艺技术、改造设备、推行标准化操作等措施,促进了烧结操作水平的提高,在入烧原料较差的条件下,360m2烧结机固体燃耗大幅度降低。
To bring into full play of large-scale sintering machine and further lower cost before iron-making,some measures are adopted：stabilizing composition of raw and fuel material,improving process and technique,reforming equipments,promoting standardized operation.With those the sintering operation level is raised,and the solid fuel consumption of 360 m2 sintering machine gets reduced to a large extent under rather bad raw material used.
