摘要
合适的炉渣碱度能够改善高炉炉渣的流动性和稳定性,而炉渣的碱度主要取决于炉料结构。针对济钢高炉炉料结构变化和球团矿碱度降低到0.18倍的要求,根据球团矿生产实际情况提出了降低球团矿碱度的措施,并进行了可行性分析,确定了原料结构变化小、可操作性强、有利于生产稳定运行的实施方案。
The fluxility and stability of blast furnace slag can be improved by suitable slag basicity,which is decided by furnace charge structure.Against to the situation of changed furnace charge and demand of lowering basicity by 0.18 times for pellet,the measures to reduce the basicity are proposed based on the actual production of pellet,analyzed the feasibility,the implementation plan with small change of raw material structure,strong operability,favorable for steady production worked out.
