摘要
钢铁料消耗是炼钢成本构成的主体,是炼钢生产过程的综合性技术指标。从唐山中厚板材有限公司炼钢厂的生产实际出发,分析了影响钢铁料消耗的主要因素,通过完善物流管理、优化炼钢工艺、提高连铸金属收得率等措施,降低了转炉钢铁料消耗,2011年全年钢铁料消耗为1 052.18 kg/t,比2010年降低了17.32 kg/t,吨钢降低成本53.4元。
Iron and steel material consumption is the main part of cost of steel-making and a comprehensive index of steel-making process.Based on the practical production of Tangshan Plate Co.,Ltd.,it is analyzed the main factors to affect the consumption.The consumption is reduced with measures adopted：perfecting logistic management,optimizing steel-making process,raising metal yield in continuous casting and etc.The iron and steel material consumption in 2011 was 1 052.18 kg/t,17.32 kg/t less than 2010,the cost per ton of steel reduced by 53.4 yuans.
