介绍了我国钢铁物流现状、发展趋势及需要解决的问题。宣钢物流分公司以"管理观、工作观、功过观"为主要文化理念,采取合理定位、规范动作、量化管理的措施,向优化整合要效益。通过合理调整库存、优化库存和货位、优化人力资源配置等途径,降低了原料库存和运输成本,取得了较好效果。
It is introduced the present situation,developing trend and problems to solve in logistics of iron and steel industry at home.We take "management view,work view,merits and demerits view" as our main cultural idea,adopt measures of reasonable locating,regulating action and quantitative management,and get profit from optimization and integration.With reasonably adjusting stocks,optimizing stocks and cargo space,optimizing human resource allocation,the raw material stocks and transportation cost are reduced,good effect got.
