Empirical Research on the Difficulties and Problems of Duty Crime Trial

当前职务犯罪审讯主要面临着以下难点和问题:犯罪嫌疑人抗审能力增强、法律限制增多、缺乏有效的审讯方法、可用证据不足、侦查员的办案能力不高等。实践中常用的有效审讯方法主要有:使用证据、揭露嫌疑人谎言、同伙之间分化瓦解、情感感化攻心等。面对困难和挑战,侦查人员需要注重总结归纳审讯方法,提高审讯水平。

The current main difficulties and problems of duty crime are as follows：enhancement of resistance ability criminal suspects,increasing legal limits,lack of effective method,insufficiency of available evidence of trial,and low ability of handling cases. The main effective methods used in trial are as follows： the use of evidence, exposure of suspect lies, disintegration among accomplices, and emotion influence. Facing difficulties and challenges,investigators need to summarize interrogation methods and improve the level of the trial.
