公共体育场馆是实现全民健身计划和奥运争光计划的主要物质保障,成为实现基本公共体育服务均等化的重要载体和平台,具有公益性及产业性双重属性,因此必须通过市场化的运营手段,提高其经营管理水平,实现社会效益及经济效益最大化,近年广州市各类公共体育场馆在经营管理中进行了许多有益的尝试,逐步引入社会资本,提高经营管理效率,对广州市公共体育场馆经营管理现状进行深入研究,根据其存在问题提出有针对性的经营管理对策。

Public sports facilities are the main hardware protection to the realization of ＂national fitness program＂ and ＂Olym- pic honor program＂, as well as the important carrier and platform to provide basic and equal public sports services . The na- tures of public facilities are both for public welfare and industry - oriented. Therefore, it is required to improve the facilities＂ quality of management through market - orient operation to maximize their social and economical benefits. In recent years, many public sports facilities in Guangzhou have been experimented with many valuable ways of operation and management. So- cial capital has been gradually introduced to improve the efficiencies of management and operation. This article provides in- depth research of the current operation and management situation of Guangzhou public sports facilities and provides targeted so- lutions to those existing problems.
