摘要 描述采用粉末样品压片制样法,选用土壤、岩石、水系沉积物等43个标准物质通过各种校正进行线性回归。用日本理学公司生产的ZSX PrimusⅡ型X射线荧光光谱仪对2.3万个化探样品中6种元素进行测定。重点讨论了Cu、Pb、Zn、Co、Ni、Mn元素的背景选择和谱线重叠校正问题。使用经验系数法和康普顿散射线作内标校正基体效应,经标准物质分析检验其准确度,结果与标准值超差在允许范围内。 This paper describes the use of pressed powder pellet sample preparation method, selection of soil, rock, stream sediment and other 43 standard substances through various correction for linear regression. Japan Science production company ZSX Primus type X ray fluorescence spectrometer was used to determine the 6 elements in geochemical samples. The discussion focuses on Cu, Pb,Zn, Co, Ni, Mn element background selection and spectra overlap correction problems. Empirical coefficient method and compton scattering ray was used as internal stan- dard for the correction of the matrix effect. After testing its accuracy by the standard material analysis, the results and standard value deviation was in the allowed range.
