降低南堡联合站运行能耗分析

Analysis on reducing the energy-consumption of equipment running in Nanpu combined station

冀东油田油气集输公司南堡联合站装置运行的高能耗、低效率成为制约厂站推行精细化管理进一步发展的瓶颈,开展能耗分析、调整运行模式、进行工艺改造,提高运行效率势在必行。通过对南堡联合站整体能耗情况的研究,在保证厂站正常生产运行的基础上,提出了调整压缩机运行模式、降低原油外输温度、停运火炬长明灯系统等6项节能合理化建议,并在此基础上做出了节能分析。通过全面推行合理化建议,进行能耗对比,节能效果显著。

The high energy-consumption and low-efficiency of equipment operation have been the biggest bottleneck to promote the development of fine management in Nanpu combined station of Jidong oilfield.The analysis of energy-consumption,the adjustment of operation mode,the improvement of process and the increase of operation efficiency have been imperative.On the basis of ensuring the unit operation smooth,according to the study on energy-consumption of Nanpu combined station,6 rationalization suggestions have been provided such as the adjustment of operation mode of compressor,reducing of oil temperature for transportation,stopping of torch system and so on.These rationalization suggestions will be promoted.The energy-consumption will be contrasted and the better effects of energy-saving will be achieved in 2012.
