This paper presents the analyzing process, contents and methods for the prophase investigation data of an overseas project. Based on real projects, this paper analyzes the initu data and lab test data concerning the soil layers＇ division and statistics of gcotechnical test data, and gives reasonable design parameters and conclusions for the geotechnical engineering.
