Survey and Analysis on Instructors' Psychological Health Condition in Higher Vocational Colleges

当今世界经济全球化、政治多极化、社会多样化、消息多元化的发展趋势,对高职院校学生的身心的健康成长带来巨大影响。辅导员工作在高职院校学生管理的第一线,他们的心理健康直接关系到学生的发展,进而影响高职院校的发展与稳定。通过客观描述高职院校辅导员心理健康状况,提出了能有效提高高职院校辅导员心理健康水平的途径和方法。

It plays an enormous influence on students＇ psychological and mental health growth in higher vocational colleges by the developing tendency of economic globalization, political multi-polarization, social diversification and information diversification in the present world. Instructors work in the fu＇st-line of students＇ management in higher vocational colleges, and their psychological health directly affects students＇ development as well as the development and stabilization of higher vocational colleges. Through describing instructors＇ psychological health condition in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the approach and method to increase instructors＇ psychological health level effectively in higher vocational colleges.
