职业院校教师沟通协调能力构成的研究

Study on Teachers' Communicating and Coordinating Ability Construction in Vocational Colleges

职业院校教师在进行教学活动过程中,不但应具备较强的教学能力,还应该具备良好的沟通协调能力。在深刻剖析职业院校教师沟通协调能力的内涵的基础上,重点阐述了职业院校教师在沟通协调过程中,所具备的表达能力、指导学生与人交往的能力及正确处理人际关系的能力等。

In the process of carrying Out teaching activity, teachers in vocational colleges should be qualified with not only stronger teaching ability but also better communicating and coordinating ability＋ On the basis of analyzing deeply the connotation of teachers＇ communicating and coordinating ability in vocational colleges, this paper discusses teachers in vocational colleges should be qualified with expressive ability, the ability of guiding students to communicate with others, and the ability of dealing with interpersonal relationship correctly in the process of communication and coordination.
