摘要
在川西新场气田的沙溪庙组水平井钻井施工过程中,由于泥岩地层易水化膨胀而造成井壁掉块和坍塌,同时该组地层压力不均一,易造成压差卡钻,水平段钻进过程中易出现托压等复杂问题。针对以上难题,利用多元复合封堵、固液协同润滑技术,优选出了适合川西沙溪庙组的水平井封堵防卡钻井液技术。现场应用表明,该封堵防卡钻井液解决了水平井防塌、防卡、防托压技术难题,取得了较好的应用效果。
During horizontal well drilling in Xin Chang gas field at Chuanxi, many difficulties are encountered, such ascollapsing because of clay stone hydrating and swelling, differential pressure pipe-stuck and poor lubrication becauseof heterogametic formation pressures. To solve those problems, applying multi-dimensional sealing and the liquid-solidcoordination lubrication technologies, the drilling fluid formulation is developed, and the application is successful.
