教育变革中教师角色的变迁与超越 被引量:1

摘要 教育变革要求教师角色在知识观层面,由传授者转向引导者;在师生观层面,由操纵者转向合作者;在教学观层面,由漠视者转向对话者;在实践观层面,由执行者转向研究者。教师作为变革实践的重要参与主体,在角色变迁的历程中,自身也期待实现从"工具"价值走向"人性"取向,从批判反思走向自我认同的角色重构与超越。
