西方学界所开创的研究范式,始终主导着企业跨地域与多元化发展问题研究的理论前沿,但并不全然对症中国问题。中国学界在相关研究中表现出力求创新的努力,但管理学的"中国范式",还远处于萌芽之中。构建创新的融合中西适应本土企业持续成长的管理学范式,中国学者任重而道远。

The paradigm which has been build by the western scholars all along dominates the theoretical frontiers of the reseach in cross - regional and diversifying - business of enterprises, but it cant completely solve problems of Chinese enterprises. ＂Chinese Paradigm＂ of management is still at an early stage. To build an kind of innovative management theory which inherits Chinese culture spirit and accommodates western culture spirit, and adapts to sustainable growth of Chinese local enterprises is an important responsibility for Chinese scholars.
