我们报告10例全颜面烧伤瘢痕畸形的整复手术治疗及随访情况,对手术操作要点及皮片在眼裂及口裂部位切口的改良进行了介绍。

This article reported the reconstruction of cieatrical deformities of whole face after burn by a large piece of full thickness skin graft with satisfactory result. The operative method, pre-operation treatment and the result of follow-up were introduced. The advantages of this method were discussed.
