应用于磁控电抗器控制器的一种电能计量实现方案

摘要 磁控电抗器可以实现无功补偿的平滑调节,而其电能计量模块关系到整个磁控电抗器控制器的精度和性能。针对某实际工程中磁控电抗器控制器反应速度快、精度高以及处理数据量大的要求,设计了一个STM32F103RBT6单片机驱动ADE7878计量芯片以获取三相电各相电能参数的电能计量模块实现方案。从测试结果表明,此方案符合工程要求。 Magnetically Controlled Reactor (MCR) can achieve a smooth adjustment of reactive power compensation while its energy measurement module is related to the accuracy and performance of the whole system of MCR. In this paper, to meet the demands of fast response, high accuracy and mass data processing in engineering applications of MCR, an electric energy measurement module with ADE7878 as measuring chip drived by STM32F103RBT6 MCU was designed to measure and process the three-phase electrical parameters. The test results show that this design scheme meets the engineering requirements.
