摘要
通过津秦客运专线北戴河火车站既有雨棚改造工程的实践,介绍了雨棚主桁架改造的总体思路及火车站雨棚改造过程中腹杆加强、支撑架搭设、雨棚桁架切割及雨棚桁架滑移等各项技术的应用,尤其是在设计支撑架时,不仅考虑了常规荷载,还考虑了支撑架附近的列车经过时的振动影响。进行了该滑移过程的有限元仿真分析,给出了滑移过程中的纠偏及应急预案。对于支撑架拆除的顺序及方法进行了说明,同时提供了施工过程中跟踪监测桁架内力、变形的数据。
Through the renovation practice of existing canopy at Beidaihe railway station of Tianjin Qinhuangdao Passenger Special Line,this paper introduces the overall concept for the renewal of canopy truss and the technologies such as web member strengthening, supporting frame set up, canopy truss cutting and sliding. Especially in the design of supporting frame,not only the conventional loads but also the vibration influence of the passing trains near the supporting frame are considered. Then the finite element simulation analysis is conducted and the correcting and emergency plans during sliding process are given. Finally, the removal sequence of supporting frames is illustrated and the monitoring data of internal forces and deformations of the trusses in the construction process is provided.
