摘要
新建铁路哈大客运专线大连北站站房钢结构主要包括钢柱、商业夹层、CB-CK轴线张弦屋盖桁架3大部分。在考虑现场施工的不利因素,如现场铁路转线,冬季焊接施工条件差、焊接质量控制难、现场操作场地狭小等等的影响基础上,系统地总结了该项目钢结构的施工要点,详细阐述了钢结构施工的顺序、施工方法和关键技术。通过科学合理的施工组织解决了施工中的难题,保证了施工质量及工期。可为以后同类工程安装给予一定的借鉴。
The steel structure of Dalian North Station bulding of new Harbin Dalian Special Passenger Line mainly includes steel columns, commercial mezzanine, and truss string roof between axis CB and CK. Considering the unfavorable factors in the construction process, such as on-site railway transfer, poor welding construction condition in winter, difficult to control the welding quality, small fields for on site operation, and so on, this paper summarizes main points of the steel structure construction. In addtion, this paper introduces the steel structure construction sequence, construction method and key technologies. Appropriate construction organization will solve the problems in the construction process, it also ensures good construction quality and schedule.
