热休克蛋白与心肌K_(ATP)通道在心血管疾病中的相关作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 热休克蛋白在各种应激下在众多组织中表达增加,主要作为分子伴侣识别和结合到新生多肽链、部分折叠蛋白的中间部分,以防止他们的聚合和误折,或者直接介导蛋白的折叠。而心肌KATP通道作为代谢感受器在应激时开放,主要通过减少动作电位时程,减少钙超载,抑制线粒体膨胀,抑制渗透性转换孔的开放,抑制凋亡与坏死。二者在心血管疾病中具有重要作用。近年来,众多研究显示二者之间具有明显的相关作用,特别是热休克蛋白能促使心肌KATP通道开放保护心肌,通过药物诱导相应热休克蛋白的增加,促进心肌KATP通道的开放将有可能成为临床许多心血管疾病治疗的新策略。
