急性心肌梗死的院前急救与护理

THE PRE-HOSPITAL FIRST AID AND NURSING CARE FOR ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者院前急救护理的意义。方法选用2010年1月～2012年5月140例急性心肌梗死患者,观察组72例采取院前急救护理,对照组68例未实施院前急救护理,比较两组抢救成功、死亡率。结果观察组66例患者安全送回医院,死亡6例,抢救成功率91.67%,死亡率为8.33%;对照组患者送院后成功抢救53例患者,死亡15例,抢救成功率77.94%,死亡率为22.06%。观察组抢救成功率提高13.73%,死亡率降低13.73%。结论对急性心肌梗死患者在院前给予正确的指引,实施相应的院前急救护理措施、加强监护,、安全转运、正确交接班是提高急性心肌梗死患者急救成功率、降低死亡率的有效措施。

Objective To explore the significance of pre - hospital first aid and nursing care of acute myocmxtial infarction. Methods 140 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were selected form Jan of 2010 to May of 2012 ; they were subdivided into observing group （72 cases） and control group （68 cases）. In observing group patients were given pre -hospital first aid and nursing care, but in control group without these measures. Compare the success rate of emergency treatment and mortality of two groups. Re- suits In observing group 66 patients were safely transported to hospital, 6 dead, success rate of 91.67%, mortality 8.33% ; in con- trol group, 53 cases were successfully saved after admission, 15 dead, success rate of 77.94%, mortality 22.06%. The success rateof observing group had been increased by 13.73%, the mortality decreased by 13.73%. Conclusion Providing correct guidance to acute myocardial infarction patients before arrived hospital, implementing related pre - hospital first aid and nursing care, strengthe- ning monitoring, safety transferring, correct handing over and taking over are the effective measures of improving acute myocardial in- faretion patients＇ salvage success rate and lowering death rate.
