摘要
目的为适应当前的激烈竞争,医院后勤服务中心必须提高自身的管理意识,文中提出后勤服务中心的协同供应链管理运作网络图。后勤服务中心应从自身核心能力建设和进行非核心业务外包两方面,提高自身竞争力,降低组织运营成本,提高服务水平,增强服务功能,降低患者代价,从而节约社会资源。
In order to meet the increasing competition, the hospital logistics services must improve their management con- sciousness. This paper proposed the network diagram of eoUahorative supply chain management in the hospital logistics services. The hospital logistics services center should improve their core competence through building their own core business ability and outsource non - core. Ultimately they improved the competitiveness and redueed operational costs. With service levels improving, the patients get higher services and the social resouree is reduced.
