统计病案系统下的迟交病案管理系统开发应用

THE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF LATE MEDICAL RECORDS MANAGEMENT ′S SYSTEM UNDER THE STATISTICS AND MEDICAL RECORDS SYSTEM

目的为充分利用医院信息系统和统计病案系统网络资源,提高病案管理效率。方法以Delphi为开发工具,设计、开发一个跨医院信息系统和统计病案系统的系统,它通过调用这两个系统相关出院病人数据进行对比,随时为病案室和各临床科室提供迟交病名单。结果本系统的开发应用,大幅度降低了病案迟交率。结论本系统的应用,使病案的安全性和医院统计报表任务的及时性得到更为有效的保证,病案管理工作效率得到明显提高。该系统在用户众多的2009版广东省统计病案系统下开发和应用,有自己的特色和优势,对于经济效益不是很好的中小型医院,显得特别有意义,有较好的借签作用和推广价值。

Objective To make full use of the network resources of the hospital information system, so it can improve the ef- ficiency of medical records. Methods Uses ＂Delphi＂ as a development tool to design and develop a system, Cross the hospital infor- mation system and the statistical and medical records system,it calls related discharged patient＇s datas to compare, provides late medi- cal record lists for the medical records room and the clinical departments at any time. Results This system development and application reduce the late rate of medical records. Conclusion This system can guarantee the safety of medical records, and the prompt of the task of the hospital statistics reports, the effeet of medical records management improved evidently. This system＇s development and application are under the 2009 vemion＇s Guangdong province statistics and medical record system that it is used by large number of usera. This system has its own characteristics and advantages, for the small and medium hospitals that economic efficiency is not very wood. it is very meanintfful. It has better roles and values.
