摘要
目的探讨在CT检查中突发事件的规律,为采取防范措施提供依据。方法在135 903例CT检查中,对患者出现的严重突发事件进行时间分段、计数各种事件类型的例数和出现的概率,对发生的的原因或可能的原因进行分析。结果突发事件发生的总例数为23(23/135 903),在检查前、中、后均有发生。2例(2/135 903)在CT增强检查后即突发猝死;2例(2/135 903)在CT平扫检查后突发病情变化,经抢救挽回生命;4例(4/135 903)发生严重的对比剂过敏,经处理后症状消失;12例(12/135 903)增强检查出现严重低血糖反应;3例(3/135 903)在增强后24 h出现急性肾功能衰竭。结论在CT检查过程中,严重的、危及生命的突发事件均可发生,正确识别风险、采取防范措施,对减少严重突发事件具有重要的作用。
Objective To evaluate the rule of severe accidences in CT examination and provide bases for adopting preventing measure.Methods In 135 903 patients experienced CT examination,the accidences occurred were analyzed according to the time happened segments,calculate the numbers and its rates of different kind of accidence,and analyze its cause or possible reasons.Results The total severe accidences happened was 23 cases that occurred in pre-,during,behind CT examination.Two patients(2/135 903)died immediately in enhancement,2 cases(2/135 903)happened abruptly danger status after CT plain scan and disengage danger by salvage,4 cases(4/135 903)appeared severe hypersusceptibility to contrast medium and were immediately treated,12 cases(12/135 903)appeared severe hypoglycemic reaction during enhancement and the symptom disappeared by therapy,3 cases(3/135 903)suffer from acute renal function failure after 24 hours of injecting contrast medium.Conclusion Severe accidence may occur at any moment in CT examination.Correct understanding venture and taking preventing measure had important meaning for decreasing severe accidence.
