4421例新生儿听力初筛通过率相关因素分析 被引量:2

ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIVE FACTORS IN THE PASS RATE OF 4421 CASES OF THE UNIVERSAL NEWBORN HEARING SCREENING PROGRAM

摘要 目的探讨性别、耳别、高危因素及出生季节对新生儿听力筛查通过率的影响。方法应用国际上称为"金标准"的听性脑干反应技术进行测试,采用LH2805婴幼儿监护仪,对医院2010年5月~2011年12月4 421例新生儿进行听力筛查,分别对性别、耳别、高危妊娠及出生季节的初筛通过率进行分析。结果接受新生儿听力筛查的4 421名新生儿,初筛率为91.31%,初筛通过率为87.44%。新生儿性别、耳别及出生季节对听力初筛的通过率的差异无统计学意义,高危因素对新生儿听力初筛的通过率影响有统计学意义,正常儿的通过率(90.30%)高于高危儿的通过率(73.29%),p<0.05。结论加强围产期保健,对有高危因素的新生儿应重点筛查,可以减少漏诊和误诊,降低新生儿听力障碍的发生率。 Objective Through hearing test of the 4421 newborn eases in Shenzhen fifth people's hospital to explore the rela- tive factors in the pass rate of the universal newborn hearing screening program, to evaluate the effects of gender, ear side, high risk pragnancy and seasons on the pass rate of the universal newborn hearing screening (UNHS) program. Methods This study is targeted to 4421 eases in our hospital from May 2010 to August 2011. The screening results are grouped according to the difference of gender, ear side, risk factor and seasons. Results In this study, the effect of risk factor on the pass rate of UNHS was confirmed. The pass rate was significantly higher in the high - risk group. No relationship between the gender,ear side and seasons. Conclusion More atten- tion should be paid for high - risk neonatal. And closely track the follow - up is needed for those who did not pass screening, which will be help for detecting hearing impairment in children and implementing intervention as early as possible.
