痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征临床研究

Clinical Research of Tong Xie Yao Fang in Treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:探讨痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法:将96例肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用痛泻要方(方药组成:炒白术90 g,炒白芍60 g,炒陈皮45 g,防风30 g,山药15 g,麦芽15 g,枳壳12 g,甘草6 g)治疗。两组均以14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组48例,治愈34例,好转10例,无效4例。有效率91.67%。对照组48例,治愈9例,好转21例,无效18例。有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of Tong Xie Yao Fang（ Important Formula for Painful Diarrhea） in treating irritable bowel syndrome. Methods ：96 cases of irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated simply by routine western medicine,while the treatment group was additionally given addition and subtraction of Tong Xie Yao Fang（prescription composition： Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz 90 g, Paeonia sterniana Fletcher 60 g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 45g, Radix Saposhnikoviae 30 g, Dioscorea opposita Thunb 15 g, Germinated Barley 15 g, Fructus Aurantii 12 g, Radix Glycyrrhizae 6 g） based on the treatment given to the control group. 14 d were one course of treatment for both groups,and curative effects after two courses of treatment were observed. Results：Among 48 cases of the treatment group,34 cases were cures;10 became better ;4 were ineffective and the effective rate was 91.67% ;Among 48 cases of control group,9 cases were cures;21 became better;18 were ineffective and the effective rate was 62.50%. The treatment group was superior to the control group and their difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Tong Xie Yao Fang has obvious curative effects on the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
