摘要
为研究HXD1型重载机车钩缓系统在线路实验中表现出的稳定动态特性,在分析13A/QKX100钩缓系统独特的工作原理基础上,建立了具有非线性迟滞特性的弹性胶泥缓冲器及具有钩尾摩擦弧面的车钩仿真模型。研究了13A/QKX100钩缓系统承受纵向压力时的动态特性,对比分析了钩尾摩擦面对车钩动态特性的影响。研究结果表明:文中提供的模型能够较精确地模拟HXD1型重载机车钩缓系统的运行动态表现;13A车钩钩尾摩擦面对车钩的承压动态特性起着关键作用。
In order to study the stable dynamic performance of type HXD1 heavy haul locomotive coupler/ draft gear system in line experiment,resilient rubber draft gear with nonlinear hysteretic characteristic and coupler simulation model with frictional globoid on coupler tail are developed,based on the analysis of 13A/QKX100 coupler/draft gear system's unique working mechanism.,, Dynamic characteristic of 13A/QKX100 coupler/draft gear system bearing longitudinal pressure is studied. Effect of frictional globoid on coupler tail to dynamic behavior of coupler is analyzed in comparison. Study results show that ,the models that developed in this paper could simulate the dynamic performance of coupler/draft gear system which used on type HXD1 heavy haul locomotive with considerable precision. The frictional globoid is shown to be significant factor in control of coupler's dynamic behavior.
