锅炉受热面防磨防爆检查中的相关问题处理 被引量:2

摘要 在发电厂事故中,大约有60%~70%出自锅炉,而锅炉本体的"四管"泄漏是引起事故的主要原因。因此,锅炉受热面的防磨防爆检查尤为重要,而容易磨损的部位则是检查中的重点。结合现场实际的防磨防爆检查工作,分析了某发电厂受热面防磨防爆的检查重点和处理方法,总结经验,以便指导实践。 Approximately 60%-70% of the accidents in power plant are caused by boiler faults and the "four tube" leakage of boiler bodies is the main reason for the accidents. Therefore, the wear-resistant explosion- proof inspection for boiler heating surface is particularly important, and the parts that are easy to wear are the inspection focus. Through the analysis on the wear-resistant explosion-proof inspection keypoints and treatment methods for heating surface in a power plant based on the actual field inspection, this paper summarizes the experience so as to guide the practice.
