摘要
方剂是中医治病的主要手段之一,方剂配伍规律是中医学的关键科学问题之一。近10年来,研究者从药效、药代、药效药代结合等多个角度开展复方配伍规律研究,取得显著进展,但由于中药效应组分复杂多样,以及在复方中的作用、在体内代谢以及组分间复杂的相互作用关系尚未完全阐明,目前仍缺少合理且公认的复方配伍示范方法。本文在综合复方配伍研究现状的基础上,探讨基于复方有效组分药效-药代(PD-PK)的多指标综合评价技术开展复方配伍规律研究的思路与实践,以期对复方配伍规律的研究及中成药的二次开发有所裨益。
Complex prescription is the primary therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.It is a key influencing factor in the prescription compatibility.During the past decade,researchers have carried out explorations on the compound compatibility law through aspects of pharmacodynamics（PD）,pharmacokinetics（PK） and the combination of PD-PK,and achieved significant achievements.However,one TCM prescription contains various components.And the component functions,the complex interactions among different components and their metabolic changes in body have not been well understood.By far,reasonable and standard methods are still lacked in the study of component compatibility of TCM complex prescription.Based on the summary for recent studies of complex prescription,we put forward the new research method of complex prescription compatibility through multi-index comprehensive evaluation for PD-PK indexes of efficacious components compatibility law.
