高校学生党支部践行创先争优活动的创新思考

The Innovative Thinking of the Activities of Striving for the Advanced and Competing for Excellence by the College Student Party Branch

当前高校学生基层党组织在党员教育管理中的措施缺位亟待填补,而"创先争优"活动与学生党员教育的契合互动,为进一步加强高校学生基层党组织建设提供了可然诠释。文章拟以此为基石,对高校学生党支部在党员发展、组织管理、教育培养、考核评价等工作机制方面提出了改进对策,以在推动"创先争优"活动有效有序开展的同时,提升高校学生基层党组织的素养与水平。

Nowadays, it is urgent to come up with measures that the college student Party organizations need in the education and management of the Party members. The activities of ＂Striving for the Advanced and Competing for Excellence＂ agrees and interact with the education of the student Party members, thus providing a natural interpreta- tion for further strengthening the construction of the college student Party organizations. Based on this, this paper has put forward countermeasures to improve the working mechanisms such as admitting Party members, managing of or- ganizations, education and cultivation, assessment and evaluation, and to promote the accomplishment and level of the college student Party organizations during the same time as the activities of ＂Striving for the Advanced and Com- peting for Excellence＂ are pushing forward orderly and effectively.
