学前教育的健康快速发展离不开高素质的教师队伍,加快学前教育师资培养和补充,克服短期内师资需求急剧扩大和供给不足的矛盾是当前大力发展学前教育的根本保证。为建设一支高素质的学前教育师资队伍,省级层面要对学前教育师资培养和补充工作进行统筹部署,扩大学前教育师资培养规模,加强培训和管理,提升教师整体教育教学水平。

The healthy and rapid development of preschool education is inseparable from high-quality teachers. To solve the problem of the urgent need of preschool teachers, speeding up the training and supplement of preschool teachers is the fundamental guarantee for developing preschool education. In order to build such a high-quality team of teachers, provincial administrations should make an overall plan so as to expand the scale of preschool teacher training, strengthen training and management, and promote the teachers＂ overall level of teaching.
