我国运动员社会保障问题研究综述

Review of Research on Social Security for Athletes in China

随着社会的转型,尤其是改革的深入,运动员保障制度发生了深刻的变化,在原有的国家保障制度解体而新的运动员社会保障制度又未能形成的情况下,部分运动员的权利没有得到有效的保障,甚至出现了生活困难的现象,运动员社会保障问题开始引起社会的关注。这些研究从多个角度出发,分析了建立运动员社会保障制度的必要性,探讨了运动员社会保障体系的组成部分,并就一些具体问题提出了建议。

With the transformation of society and the deepening of the reform, the social security system for athletes has undergone profound changes. In times when the original national security system disin- tegrated but the new social security system for athletes has not been established, the rights of some of the athletes have not been guaranteed and in some extreme cases some of them cannot make ends meet. The social security system for athletes has aroused the attention of the society and researches have been conducted on this subject. These researches cover many approaches, explores the components of social security system for athletes and they also provide some suggestions to cope with the specific problems.
