复方羊角胶囊对大鼠偏头痛模型的影响

目的:研究复方羊角胶囊对大鼠偏头痛模型的影响。方法:采用硝酸甘油致大鼠偏头痛模型,以去甲肾上腺素、五羟色胺、环磷酸鸟苷、环磷酸腺苷为检测指标,观察实验干预后各指标变化。结果:去甲肾上腺素、五羟色胺在复方羊角胶囊高、中剂量组中与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),环磷酸鸟苷、环磷酸腺苷在复方羊角胶囊高剂量组中与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方羊角胶囊对血管性偏头痛有明显治疗作用,环磷酸鸟苷、环磷酸腺苷在血管性偏头痛发作时发生变化。

Objective： Research Fufang-yangjiaojiaonang to aim directly at model of migraine test animals effect. Method： Deploy glyceryl trinitrate induce rat migraine test animals model and Deploy 5-HT.NE.cAMP.cGMP as detection indicatrix, that very important to migraine. Resuh：5-HT.NE in hing-dose.the dose of Fufang-jiangjiaojiaonang contast to model P〈0.01, cAMP.cGMP NE in hing-dose Fufang-jiangjiaojiaonang contast to model P〈0.05.Conclusion： Fufang-jiangjiaojiaonang vascular migraine of a singnificant role. cAMP.cGMP will change in migraine.
