本文综述了超临界流体色谱分离技术在医药分析、食品分析、手性化合物分离、环保化工、制备分离等领域的应用,发现超临界流体色谱具有分离效率高、分离时间短、产品质量高等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。

Supercritical Fluid Chromatography（SFC） as a strong complement of gas chromatography and liquid chromatography can be used for the analysis and preparation of the thermal instability and low-volatile substances. In recent years, SFC has developed rapidly and its applications also increase. This article reviewed the applications of supercritical fluid chromatography in the pharmaceutical analysis, food analysis, the separation of chiral compounds, environmental chemicals and preparative separation.
