摘要
目的:探讨中医药院校大学生应付方式的特点,为针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用应付方式问卷对中医药院校大学生进行问卷调查,评估和调查中医药院校大学生应付方式及特点。结果:中医药院校大学生的应付方式依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、退避、合理化、自责,其中自责、幻想因子得分有明显的年级差异、解决问题、退避因子得分有明显的生源差异、女生解决问题、求助因子得分明显高于男生和男生合理化因子得分明显高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:应加强对中医药院校高年级、农村以及男大学生的积极应付方式的训练。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of chinese medicine college students to cope with the way provide a basis for developing mental health education. Methods: Coping Style questionnaire in medical students conducted a questionnaire survey, evaluation and investigation of chinese medicine college students coping styles and characteristics. Results: Traditional chinese medicine college students coping styles in order to solve the problem, help, fantasy, avoidance, rationalization, self-blame, self-blame which fantasy scores of the grade differences, problem solving, avoidance factor score there are obvious differences in the students, girls solve the problem, help factor score was significantly higher than boys and boys rationalization factor score was significantly higher than gifts, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion: We should strengthen active coping styles of training in medical institutions of higher grades, rural, and male students.
