企业商业模式发展阶段及对策研究

摘要 本文将商业模式划分为4个发展阶段,分别为模仿型、定位细分型、网络型和集成适应型,分别探讨了不同阶段的特点,同时提出了企业各个阶段应采取的对策,将商业模式研究与具体的企业实践活动结合,有利于实现企业商业模式创新。
