摘要
高校社团文化是大学文化在学生层面的体现。依托学校特色专业构建特色专业社团文化,能有效实现引导功能、选择功能、辐射功能与心理培育功能,通过打造社团文化的品牌,强化了与学校办学特色的一致性,实现了对特色专业建设的延伸与学生专业素养的提升、对区域文化发展的拓展、对学生成长与发展的心理凝聚。
The culture of college mass organizations is a reflection of college culture for college students. Relying on the college special majors, the culture of special mass organizations could be constructed, which could effectively realize guiding function, selection function, radiation function and psychological cultivation function. By creating the brand of mass organization culture and strengthening the consis- tency to college developing characteristics, the extension to the special major construction and the im- provement of students" major attainments, the initiative to the regional culture development and the psychological cohesion to the students growth and development could be fulfilled.
